Yes, via B2B contractor or EOR. For Singapore/India, timezone overlap is reasonable (5-7 h difference). For Japan/Korea, async-first covers the gap. C1 English is the common language.

How do you manage overlap with Asia?

For roles needing overlap, I offer 1-3 h in CET morning meeting Asia afternoon (Singapore/Bangkok). For Tokyo/Seoul: ad-hoc overlap at start of Asian day or pure async. India: very comfortable 4-5 h overlap.

Do you accept EOR for Asian companies?

Yes. Deel, Remote, Velocity Global and Oyster operate across major Asian markets. The company hires through EOR, payroll and compliance handled by them.

Do you understand e-commerce and super-app at scale?

My closest experience is delivery (Glovo) and consumer brands (PlayStation, TikTok), where concurrency and release velocity are comparable. Multi-vertical super-app is new to me, but the modular/microservices pattern fits my stack.

What's your rate for Asia?

Indicative range $70–110/h freelance, or equivalent $110k–160k/year for full-time via EOR depending on market. Negotiable based on seniority and contract type.

Can you travel to Asia occasionally?

Yes, for kick-offs or key events. Long flights but feasible 2-3 times per year if the role justifies it.
