How I work
I’ve spent 3+ years in 100% remote and distributed teams across multiple timezones. My typical workflow:
- Written specs before writing code — no ambiguity from day one
- Short written or video standup (15 minutes max)
- Detailed PRs with decision context, not just the diff
- Claude Code as an agentic driver to accelerate cycles without cutting quality
- Architecture decisions documented in the repo, not buried in Slack threads
What I can take over in the first weeks
In a product team I usually create value quickly in three areas: unblocking features that cross backend and frontend, bringing order to technical decisions that grew messy under delivery pressure, and improving release confidence through testing and better-written PR context. I do not need a perfect process to start contributing, but I do need a sane backlog, repository access and clarity about business priorities.

Digital entertainment, fintech, delivery/logistics and B2B retail. I adapt fast to new domains — what I bring is architecture judgment and delivery speed, not just sector knowledge.
