If you’re looking for a full stack developer available for remote work from Barcelona, this is my updated profile as of May 2026.
Core stack
- Backend: modern Laravel, PHP 8.3+, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker
- Frontend: Vue 3, Livewire, Inertia.js, Nuxt, TailwindCSS
- Tools: GitHub Actions, Claude Code, MCP servers, Vercel, AWS
- Testing: Pest, PHPUnit, Vitest, Playwright
This isn’t a buzzword list — it’s what I ship with daily in production environments.
Type of work I’m looking for
I’m open to:
- Full-time remote employment with EU or US companies (via EOR or direct contract)
- On-site or hybrid work in Barcelona for local companies
- Long-term contracts as a freelance sole trader for distributed teams
Indicative salary range: €55–75k/year for permanent employment. Freelance day rate on request.
How I work
I’ve spent 3+ years in 100% remote and distributed teams across multiple timezones. My typical workflow:
- Written specs before writing code — no ambiguity from day one
- Short written or video standup (15 minutes max)
- Detailed PRs with decision context, not just the diff
- Claude Code as an agentic driver to accelerate cycles without cutting quality
- Architecture decisions documented in the repo, not buried in Slack threads
Sectors I’ve worked in
Digital entertainment, fintech, delivery/logistics and B2B retail. I adapt fast to new domains — what I bring is architecture judgment and delivery speed, not just sector knowledge.
Why Barcelona for remote work
CET timezone (UTC+1/+2) with full overlap across UK, France, Germany and Netherlands. 4 hours of useful overlap with US East Coast. No visa friction for EU companies, and direct invoicing as a sole trader with 0% intra-community VAT.
Availability
Available to start in 2-4 weeks, depending on the role, team and collaboration model.
